Children's Bi-Annual Consignment Sales-find other owners to chat with?

Hi all. I wiould like to chat with some people that I can throw feed and get feedback! We have a children's consignment sale 2x a year. Each year it gets bigger and we have problems with setup and breakdown.

Any ideas. We have volunteers that signup and don't show up, which creates stress and whatnot.
