Where did you learn how to start a blog?
I love blogging. I love learning about blogging. I love blogging tools, and blogging widgets, and blogging tips and tricks. What I don't love is that there is very little guidance in the form of step-by-step info in how to go about starting and setting up a blog. Ever Googled "how to start a blog?" What a lack of good guided step-by-step info! I know there are some incredibly talented writers and future bloggers out there who just aren't sure how to make it happen.
When I began, I was lucky enough to get to take an online course called BlogWritingCourse (blogwritingcourse.com), where the instructor held my hand through all the ins and outs of design, set-up, posting, and promotion. But what about people who don't have a course to follow? Where did you guys get your information? What tools did you use to help you figure things out? I am really curious how people get started when they don't have the help I had....
