Who is this Squidworth & why won't he just go away?!
parentingpinkmom posted 11 weeks 4 days ago — My girls are mad at me. Mad as hell. It’s not that I’ve done something horrifically wrong - at least the way I see it. I haven’t told them they must finish their peas or no dessert. I haven’t banished them to their rooms. Nope. Nothing that drastic. But, they are still steaming, screaming, and stinky mad (my three year old still insists that the word “stinky” is an adjective that must accompany every verb). So there they sit - eyes narrowly squinted, hands crossed, mouths yapping “We’re stinky mad! We’re stinky mad MOMMY!”
Stinky aside, in retrospect I guess they have every right to be upset - even downright mad. It seems I’ve committed an unthinkable act. High treason in the world of childhood. I absolutely, unequivocally, in now way shape or form, will let them watch SpongeBob. Nope, it’ just not happening and I don’t care if you think I’m an uptight, cranky, stinky mom. SpongeBob needs to take a long walk off a short pier. Kick the bucket. Swim with the fishes. Walk the plank. You know, basically he just needs to die.
READ ON....it's good stuff I promise!

great stuff...I agree, my three year old daughter loves squidworth and I can't understand, why. But, if I ban spongebob, I think they will go through withdrawals.
My girl loves Spongebob too... I think if I tried to ban it she, and my husband, would have some very loud protests!!!
