Can you guess?

Puerto Rico!!
Yup, we bought our plane tickets, and we'll be flying out on Dec. 15th. I'm so excited because I've had my eye on Puerto Rico for quite a while now. When I first got pregnant with Kaius, our plan was to move to Puerto Rico after the 20 wk ultrasound and settle down for a homebirth with one of the local midwives. We had everything lined up, but changed our minds at the last moment due to concerns that we might end up needing medical intervention and my health insurance covered only the domestic U.S...first babies drive their parents wild with worry you know.
Anyway, we're looking for a rental in Isla Verde (part of San Juan)...probably something very small since the beach etc... is all within walking distance. While we enjoy the space of 2 and 3 bedroom houses, I think we're prepared to scrunch in a little for the added benefit of a great location.
I'm pretty nervous about flying with Kaius. He's at that stage where sitting still is just impossible, and I'm certain that everyone on our plane will hate us by the time we land. At least we grabbed a morning flight instead of the red eye that was super cheap! Our first leg of the flight is only an hour long which will work out really well with an hour stopover in Atlanta. Hopefully Kaius can stretch his legs and we can grab a good lunch before jumping on the plan for another 3.5 hours.....yikes! Maybe he'll nap? Regardless, I'm sure everyone on the plan will have seen my boobs by the time it's over!
